Balut was a sexual high from the Dirty Sanchez spinoff show, Sanchez Get High where it involved one of the two Sanchez boys.

Not as bad as a harlequin fetus...[]
Both Pritchard and Dainton strolled through a slum market where they came across a man who was selling "Titing Buwaya" and Balut. Pritchard had the Balut while Dainton had the Titing Buwaya. Whereas Dainton was told what he was eating, Pritchard was not, and as Dainton told Pritchard to sit somewhere and eat his product as Dainton struggled to eat his own. Firstly, Pritchard bit the egg and felt something strange which then caused the Welshman to open the egg and see what's inside...to his horror it was an unborn duck. Dainton encouraged Pritchard to eat it as Pritchard wailed and moaned about what he was about to commit. Pritchard then chucked the fetus into his mouth.

Pritchard hated this stunt and as soon as the fetus entered his mouth, he spat it out and started to puke more and more resulting in a plastic bag having to given to him. Pritchard started to cry, but he managed to eventually eat it (while a crowd gathered around to laugh at him) making Pritchard successful. Even Dainton considered it one of the most gross stunts they've ever done. Despite this, Dainton later performed a wake up prank on Pritchard using two of the Duck fetus as a scare tactic. It is implied that this stunt contributed towards Pritchard's interest in veganism.
