This was a stunt that appeared in both the end credit scene of the movie and shown fully in Series four of Dirty Sanchez.

Tight lips[]
The boys started their stunts after doing the Fiesta challenge and noticing that no one lost the challenge the boys decided to pick tags out of a hat to indicate which stunt they should perform. Dainton picked his stunt and was left in fear. Dainton got a guitar string, because it was more "metal", and a needle and started sewing his mouth shut. It too Dainton a long time to sew his mouth due to how hard it was to pierce straight through the lips as well as the huge amount of pain Dainton went through. At the end Dainton succeed to sew his mouth shut and decided to use scissors to cut the wires out.
Aftermath[]
Surprisingly there was a lack of blood after the stunt however Dainton regarded the stunt as one of the worst and the most painful.
