This was a Pancho wake up prank from the movie and is the first of many that occur.

The original plan in the hospital beds, as Dainton reveals in the commentary for the film, was to have footage of the all four boys pretending to be sleeping in bed, most likely for plot purposes it would lead to them waking up as if they had come back from hell, but surprise surprise Pancho had actually fallen asleep in his hospital bed, where the boys, mainly Dainton hatched up the plan to super glue shut Pancho's nostrils. Dainton got hold of Pancho and started the gluing. Dainton successfully glued both nostrils with no problem.
Aftermath[]
Pancho awoke after realizing he couldn't breath. Health and safety experts had to come in and help Pancho get rid of the glue. Pancho tried blowing his nose but it didn't work, telling the boys 'what if I get a never ending gob stopper stuck in the back of my throat? I'm fucked!. Pritchard eventually used a skewer to cut open the nostril which indeed worked but left Pancho bleeding.
