This is one of the many bosses that appear in Jobs for the boyos, he appears in the first episode of the series Health and Beauty.
He the boss of a Hair salon in Scotland. He had the unfortunate experience in teaching the four Sanchez boys into becoming professional hair and make up stylers. He however joined in on some of the fun sometimes.
Opinions on the Sanchez members[]
Lee Dainton[]
Though he never really gave personal opinions on any of the Sanchez members it is really unknown what he thought unless one was to judge his reactions or facial expressions to the member. He seem quite calm and okay with Dainton never getting angry with him. However he seems just as cruel as Dainton when something goes wrong or someone gets hurt for example when Dainton stuck a needle in Pritchard's head the boss laughed at Pritchard's pain. He favoured Dainton's work in the Perfect makeover challenge along side Pritchard.
Matthew Pritchard[]
Like Dainton, he never gave a in depth opinion on Pritchard but it seems he like Pritchard a lot. He seemed to praise Pritchard for his skills at the work place. He favoured both Pritchard and Dainton's work in the Perfect makeover challenge.
Dan Joyce[]
Once again he never gave a big analyse for Dan. He did however enjoy hitting Dan on the head with a comb though.
Pancho[]

The only real person the boss saw problems with was little Pancho. Pancho had stolen from the boss which angered the boss resulting in Pancho being demoted. Interestingly the boss is never seen with Pancho in the same room together other than this one incident, unless it was for the makeup challenge that is.
