This was a prank from the third series of Dirty Sanchez and involves two of the Sanchez boys.

Paranoia, Paranoia[]
The prank happened after the Birds of prey stunt where a bird had landed on Pritchard's head at one point. Dainton decided to trick Pritchard into thinking that a spider has in his hair. Pritchard, being scared of spiders, reacted spaztically and provided a good laugh for Dainton who kept teasing him. Eventually Dainton told Pritchard it was all in his mind and that he is just going nuts.
Aftermath[]
Pritchard didn't take the prank lightly and threatened to cause "almighty chaos" on the coaches... it seemed he kept his promise.
