The Tokyo Shock Boys is a stunt group from Japan that have made one appearance in the Dirty Sanchez series, that being Dirty Sanchez the movie. Out of any other stunt group in the world, the Tokyo Shock Boys have been running the longest, predating Jackass, the Dudesons and Dirty Sanchez among others.

The Shock Boys consist of a group of five men who perform dangerous and crude stunts. The members are as follows: Guyzo, Nambu Torota, Sango Jugo, Danna Koyanagi and Joshua Baggott.

The group was formed in Tokyo in 1990, however were not on air until a year later. The Tokyo Shock Boys have a huge cult following in Japan and have appeared in many other countries, such as Australia, Canada, Germany and Scotland.

Despite being a stunt show their stunts have been seen as more of a "magic show" rather than painful ones, however they are willing to do some painful ones such as the Sparks or breaking a glass pole between the ass cheeks. Dirty Sanchez wanted to do a stunt show with the Shock Boys but the Shock Boys thought the Welsh stunts were too dangerous and extreme for their liking.

Over the years they have been notified by popular media for example, On volume 2 of the manga Yu-Gi-Oh!, when asked to slide one's foot inside a shoe with a scorpion, Yugi, Jonouchi, and Honda respond, "Who do you think we are, the Tokyo Shock Boys?" There is a huge range of products the Shockboys have now released. These span from spoof items such as 'Baggott's Bean Pie' to actual action figurines of the five members. The success is thought to be due to new member 'Baggott' having a close relationship to famous actor Nicolas Cage.
